Great location, close to the river and downtown. Staff are excellent and helpful. Convenient car parking across the road. Clean, smart, and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. Nearby restaurants are excellent and reasonably priced. Very central location, within walking distance to main tourist areas. Rooms cleaned daily and complimentary minibar restocked.

The TV was big and the bed was comfortable. We were impressed with the staff's quick response when my husband fell ill.

This hotel is situated in an excellent location in the city, with easy access to restaurants and shopping areas. The view from the room was incredible and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and provided great service with a welcome drink upon arrival.

The reception area could be improved to provide a proper reception desk for guests and the staff on reception could be more service-minded. However, this place is a great choice for friends looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in the city.

The rooftop garden offered fine views of the city, great to take in the beauty of the surroundings. the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to shops, cafes, and tourist bus stops, as well as being within walking distance to many attractions.

One aspect that could have been improved was the lack of hangers in the wardrobe. there were convenient wall hooks near the entrance to hang coats on.

The hotel has a great location, just a short walk from Sao Bent station and right in the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the river from the funicular. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, they were pleasant and professional. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was plentiful.

The bar staff's refusal to serve drinks on New Year's Eve was an unpleasant experience.

Excellent location, well-stocked bathroom, big window with great view. Rooftop bar and helpful staff at check-in. No parking spot, but they gave us details for a nearby discount spot. Close to funicular and walking distance to city. Spacious room, vast breakfast selection, delicious restaurant food. Hotel provides infused water, kettle in room, and blackout shutters. Challenging walk from station prepared us for Porto hills. Hotel staff were very helpful and upgraded our rooms to a suite.
